Jess Fenton
Founder of FlowWealth™
FlowWealth was founded by Jess Fenton, whose work sits at the intersection of sustained high performance, nervous system regulation, and long-term structural integrity.
Jess works privately with billionaire founders, senior executives, and public figures operating under extreme responsibility and pressure. Her perspective is shaped by two decades inside Magic Circle law firm AO Shearman in London, working on multi-billion-dollar transactions in environments defined by 90-hour weeks, repeated all-nighters, and extended periods of decision-making under long-term sleep deprivation, where precision, endurance, and impeccable performance were non-negotiable.
Embodied Intelligence
Alongside this professional background, Jess was a professional ballet dancer in London and Martha Graham dancer.
Her work received early critical acclaim, including reviews describing her as “the future of dance.”
She has since spent decades teaching Pilates and maintaining a lifelong yoga practice beginning in childhood, working with the body as a system for performance, recovery, and regulation, informed by extensive somatic study with pioneers including Peter Levine, Thomas Hanna, and senior Feldenkrais teachers.
She also trained at an elite endurance level that reflects her philosophy in practice, including:
Sub-3-hour marathon training
18-minute 5k
38-minute 10k
97-minute half marathon
This lived experience informs how FlowWealth approaches capacity, resilience, and sustainability under load.
Frontier Work
Jess’s work also includes pioneering inquiry at the edge of consciousness, exploring how perception, attention, and awareness shift under sustained pressure, fatigue, and responsibility.
This work is grounded in direct experience rather than ideology, and informs how FlowWealth supports individuals operating at the limits of human performance without tipping into collapse.
Why FlowWealth
FlowWealth brings these worlds together:
Elite professional pressure
Embodied physical intelligence
Nervous system regulation
Frontier consciousness research
The result is a structural approach to support sustained high performance over time.
FlowWealth exists because high performance deserves infrastructure — not extraction.
