These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of The Yoga Private Client Portfolio (the “Programme”) and any related services, materials, calls, sessions, templates, resources, and communications provided by the Seller.

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Programme, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Programme

The Programme is a private-market positioning and portfolio installation container delivered over:

  • 4 months (the “Build”), plus

  • 12 months of continued support (the “Support Layer”).

The Programme is designed for implementation and strategy. It is not a guarantee of business outcomes.

2) Delivery and access

Delivery is via a combination of:

  • live Zoom sessions (some may be recorded for replay access),

  • Kajabi resources and releases,

  • and email communication.

Access timing: Because payment is processed via Stripe, Kajabi access details are provided by email within 24 hours of successful purchase (unless otherwise stated).

The Seller may adjust delivery details (e.g., exact session times, release timing, format) where reasonably necessary to deliver the Programme, while maintaining the overall intent and value of the container.

3) Execution risk and no guarantees

You acknowledge and agree:

  • The Programme provides strategy, structure, and support.

  • Results depend on your execution, decisions, standards, timing, and circumstances.

  • No income, client, partnership, or outcome guarantees are made.

You are purchasing delivery of the Programme as described—not a guaranteed business result.

4) Eligibility and implementation standard

By purchasing, you confirm that you:

  • are ready to implement within 21 days of enrolling,

  • are willing to hold premium standards (pricing, boundaries, calendar rules),

  • are building a portfolio (not selling random sessions),

  • and understand outcomes depend on execution.

If you are not ready to implement within 21 days, do not purchase.

5) Territory restriction (UK & EU/EEA)

This Programme is not available to residents of, or purchasers located in, the United Kingdom or the EU/EEA.

If a purchase is made in breach of this restriction, the order may be voided, access may be revoked, and a refund may be issued to reverse the prohibited transaction.

6) Fees, payment, and refunds

Price: $22,000 USD (pay in full).
By purchasing, you authorise payment via Stripe.

No refunds: All sales are final. The Seller does not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for any reason, including (without limitation) non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, lack of implementation, or change of mind.

7) What is not included

Unless explicitly stated in writing, the Programme does not include:

  • done-for-you client acquisition or outreach,

  • guaranteed introductions, clients, or revenue,

  • access to or distribution of personal data lists,

  • legal, tax, accounting, financial, or medical advice.

8) Recordings

Some live sessions may be recorded for replay access for Programme participants.

By participating, you consent to being recorded where recording is indicated. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may choose not to attend the live session and use the replay where available.

9) Health and wellbeing disclaimer (yoga/breathwork)

The Programme may discuss or relate to yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, and wellbeing topics.

You acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for your health and safety.

  • You should seek medical advice where appropriate, especially if you have any condition or contraindication.

  • The Seller is not providing medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation and choices.

10) Intellectual property and licence

All Programme materials, frameworks, templates, scripts, documents, recordings, and content (“Materials”) are the Seller’s intellectual property or licensed to the Seller.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Materials for your own business/internal use.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or share the Materials,

  • create derivative works or teach the Programme as your own,

  • share logins or recordings with non-participants.

11) Confidentiality

You agree to keep Programme Materials and non-public Programme discussions confidential.

If group calls include other participants, you agree to respect confidentiality and not disclose identifying information, business details, or private disclosures shared in sessions.

12) Conduct and removal

The Seller reserves the right to remove or restrict access (without refund) if you:

  • engage in harassment, abuse, or disruptive conduct,

  • breach confidentiality or IP provisions,

  • misrepresent eligibility or territory restrictions,

  • or otherwise undermine the integrity of the container.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss (including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of opportunity).

  • The Seller’s total liability arising from the Programme is limited to the amount you paid for the Programme.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
