This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you visit our pages, enquire about the Programme, purchase via Stripe, or participate via Zoom/Kajabi.
We follow UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
1) What personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Identity & contact data: name, email address, location/country
Transaction data: payment status, amount paid, currency, invoice/receipt details (payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card details)
Programme participation data: intake responses, call attendance, communications, questions asked in sessions
Technical data: basic device/browser information and log data (depending on the platform you use)
2) How we use your data (purposes)
We use your data to:
process purchases and manage enrolment
deliver the Programme (Zoom sessions, Kajabi access, resources, replays)
communicate about scheduling, access, and updates
provide support and respond to enquiries
maintain records for accounting and legal compliance
protect our business (fraud prevention, chargeback handling, enforcing Terms)
3) Lawful bases for processing
We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:
Contract: to deliver what you purchased and manage participation
Legitimate interests: to run and protect the business (support, service improvement, fraud prevention, enforcing Terms)
Legal obligation: for accounting/tax records and compliance
Consent (where applicable): for optional marketing communications if you opt in (you can withdraw consent at any time)
4) Who we share data with (processors)
We share relevant data with service providers who help us operate, including:
Stripe (payment processing)
Kajabi (content delivery, access management)
Zoom (live calls, and recordings where used)
These providers act as processors/service providers and process data under their own terms and data processing commitments.
5) International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK (for example, in the United States).
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to protect your data when transferred internationally.
6) Session recordings
If we record sessions for replay access:
recordings may include your name, image, voice, and contributions if you participate live
recordings are made available to Programme participants via Kajabi (or another secure method)
we retain recordings for as long as reasonably necessary for Programme delivery and access purposes
If you prefer not to appear in recordings, you can choose not to attend live sessions where recording is indicated.
7) Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for:
Programme delivery and support,
legal and accounting requirements,
and legitimate business needs (e.g., handling disputes).
Typical retention periods:
transaction records: retained as required for accounting/tax
Programme access and records: retained for a reasonable period aligned with delivery and support
8) Your data rights (UK)
You have rights including:
access to your personal data
correction of inaccurate data
deletion (in certain circumstances)
restriction of processing (in certain circumstances)
objection to processing based on legitimate interests
data portability (where applicable)

9) Marketing
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link (where provided) or by emailing jess@goinward.co.uk.

If our pages use cookies or analytics, you may see a cookie banner or settings depending on the platform. Where required, we will request consent for non-essential cookies.
